I lost my car keys. How can I get replacement keys?

Toyota Estima MPV 2.4 ltr petrol 2002 (Japanese import). The key broke and the fobt bit (metal bit) and the remote for central locking were seperated. I lost the metal bit. I can access the car but cant turn the ignition on. Can anyone suggest as I need to use my car fairly quicker! I am based in Manchester. Thanks
